Shipping Delivery


After placing the order, in how much time will my order be shipped?

Orders are generally delivered within 4-5 Days of receiving the order.

What is Delivery Charge?

A Flat Delivery Charge of Rs. 65/- will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 2500/-.

NOTE- In case the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to you for any reason; the complete order amount along with the delivery charge (if paid online) will be refunded to you. However, in case you return the order for any reason; the delivery charges will not be refunded.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.

How do I check my order status?

Login in and click on “My Orders” section under main menu of to check your order status. You can also click on Track Order at the bottom of the page.

How do I check if Obsessions delivers at my PIN Code?

You can confirm if Obsessions would be able to deliver at your Pin Code on Product Page. Please enter your pin code and check delivery option availability and a tentative Delivery TAT. The COD & Prepaid availability would also reflect on the page on entering the Pin Code.

What courier partners Obsessions use for order delivery?

We deliver through our various courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, Ecom Express, Delhivery Etc.

Can someone from overseas place an order at Indian Pin Code?

Yes we deliver PAN India.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we deliver only in India.

Is there an option for faster delivery?

Currently we do not have any service to expedite the order delivery.

What do I do if partial item/order or damaged or void packet has been delivered?

All Pilferage issue should be reported the same day of delivery.

Please contact customer care within 48 hours of delivery in case you have received damaged/tampered or partial order. After 48 hours, no claim can be made.

  • Please do not use the item in dispute or claim reported for.
  • Please do not discard any packaging, MRP sticker, label of any such product or order in concern.
  • Please make a detailed small video and share proper images covering the necessary details over the email or via Contact Us page at the earliest.
  • All the refund would be made only after proper investigation.

You will not be liable for any refund under below mentioned circumstances:

  • In case you’ve used the product for which the claim has been raised
  • In case you’ve discarded any packaging of the order/product. We might align a reverse pick-up of your order/product if need be.
  • In case you’re unable to report/escalate the issue within stipulated time period of 72 hours from the time of delivery
  • In case you’re unable to provide adequate images/video or information required to ascertain the matter.
  • In case of pilferage delivery, pilferage claims must be made the same day.
