How do I place an exchange request with Obsessions?
As a policy, we do not do any Exchange. You may return the product and place a fresh order.
Can I partially cancel my order?
Partial cancellation is not possible. You can cancel the complete order either through My Account and cancel the order or call customer care and then place a new order. However, cancellation is only possible before the order is shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order through My Order section. You can also write to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +919311342200 (Monday to Saturday, 1030am to 630pm).
**Obsessions reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
Why has my return request been declined?
This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. In the event that the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and Obsessions assumes no liability in this regard. For more details, please call our customer care.
Why did the pick up of my product fail?
We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. You can initiate a new return request, if item meets the return criteria and is within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details/UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
We will process your refund within 3 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been picked up by our courier partner.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
